How to Participate

Any organization working with older adults may host a National Senior Health & Fitness Day event. Local groups must register in order
to legally use the federally trademarked event name and logo.

Registration includes the license to legally use the event trademarks, along with access to the official program website. The event
website features all of the materials and resources needed to plan and host a successful virtual or actual event. Registration also
includes a number of additional benefits: a free subscription to FitnessDay News — the official event e-newsletter, the option to
purchase official event promotion items (t-shirts, balloons, pens, posters, buttons, etc.) and more.

The 2025 event registration fee is $34.95 per location. A limited number of free registrations are available, courtesy of one
of our national sponsors. Registration opens in mid-January, 2025.
