National Senior Health & Fitness Day® is the nation’s largest annual older adult health and wellness event, always held the last Wednesday in May. This year’s event is set for Wednesday, May 30th, and more than 100,000 older adults will participate in health and wellness activities at more than 1,000 locations across the country on the same day.
