Submit a theme for the 2018 National Senior Health & Fitness Day —
On Wednesday, May 30, 2018, an estimated 100,000 older adults across America will participate in the 25th anniversary of National Senior Health & Fitness Day (NSHFD), the nation's largest annual health and fitness event for older adults.
Every fall, NSHFD sponsors a theme contest to select a slogan for the next year's event. Adults age 50 and older are eligible to submit a contest entry. The winning entrant will receive a cash prize, and the winning theme will appear on National Senior Health & Fitness Day materials.
The theme should be a short phrase or sentence that focuses attention on the importance and fun of regular physical activity for older adults. For example, the winning slogan for 2017 was "With Movement…There’s Improvement!"
